The Principle of Moments is Robert Plant's (former Led Zeppelin lead vocalist) second solo album, following the best-selling Pictures At Eleven. The singer is joined by a core band featuring guitarist Robbie Blunt, keyboardist Jezz Woodroffe and bassist Paul Martinez. Phil Collins, the Genesis veteran, plays drums on six of the eight selections and former Jethro Tull drummer Barriemore Barlow takes over on tracks 4 and 7.
