≡|| PAYMENT ||≡ We use PayPal to process all payments, which accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and Diner's Club. To check out as a guest, choose the "Alternative Checkout" option on the checkout page and you will be prompted for the information required. The Picky Chicky is sales-tax exempt nationwide.

≡|| SHIPPING POLICY ||≡ Chicky currently only ships to the United States and process orders within 1-3 business days, but often ships the same or next business day, providing tracking on all packages on your invoice.

Please be sure your mailing address is correct or your shipment may be lost or delayed. If lost, a refund may not be provided. We do monitor the progress of each shipment to ensure that your package is delivered and will keep you informed of any delays. Delays occur most often during the holiday season and major weather events...or pandemics.

≡|| RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY ||≡ Please follow the instructions provided on the bottom of the sales receipt included in your package to expedite the return/exchange process. Refunds are provided via PayPal. If an exchange of the same item is not available, your options are a refund or an exchange of equal value.

A full refund or equal exchange will be provided in the event a properly addressed item arrives defective, is received in error, or is lost or damaged during shipment. If damaged, the original packaging may be required by the carrier to honor an insurance claim, so please be sure to keep everything together as you received it.

For general returns and exchanges, customers are responsible for all shipping costs and payment processing fees that we are no longer refunded. General returns of books or other media are not accepted due to common duplicating/piracy issues.

≡|| PRIVACY POLICY / USE OF INFORMATION ||≡ Your privacy is of the utmost importance to The Picky Chicky. Your information will never be sold to anyone and only your name and mailing address will be shared with those involved in providing the items you have ordered. However, your phone number and/or email address may be used to contact you in the event there is a problem with your order.

Your mailing and/or email address may also be used on a periodic basis to inform you of promotions and special offers. If your email address is used, the opportunity to opt out is given within the email. To opt out of physical mailings, simply send Niki an email.

The Picky Chicky does not personally use cookies or otherwise collect or store any computer data, whatsoever, and all electronic funds transfers are handled confidentially by PayPal. For eCrater's Privacy Policy, please refer to their Terms of Service at https://www.ecrater.com/terms.php.
